Return Policy

At Elksar we have a 30 day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Car Cleaning Products Returns – Flexible Policy
Although cleaning products are often not legally returnable if they have been opened or used , we consciously make an exception here.
Are you not satisfied, even though you have already used the product? Then you can still return it and get your purchase amount back .

Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns if:

  • the product is completely empty,

  • an excessive amount of it has been used,

  • or if clear abuse has been established.

We want you to buy from us with confidence . Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it

  • Not worn or used (unless stated above)

  • With labels and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to start a return

Send an email to info@elksar.be stating:

  • your order number

  • the reason for return

  • possibly a photo of the product

After approval, we will send you a return label with instructions. Please do not return any items without prior approval. They will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order upon receipt. Is the item damaged, defective or did you receive something wrong? Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions (non-returnable items)

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or special order items

  • Personal care products (such as cosmetics)

  • Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchange

Would you prefer a different product? Then return your original item, and place a new order as soon as the return is approved. That is the fastest way.

Statutory cooling-off period (EU)

You are always entitled to the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days (if you live in the EU). You can cancel your order within that period without giving any reason.

Condition: The product must be in its original condition as described above.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a confirmation from us.
If approved, we will refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Please note: it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us via info@elksar.be .
